SHIPPING POLICY

Kwikcare Corp. is the operator of kwikcarecorp.com ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below, in addition to our Privacy Policy and our Return and Refund Policy. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General

Subject to stock availability, we thrive to fulfill all purchase orders within five (5) business days once we receive your payment. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website, but there may be discrepancies between what is displayed and what we have in stock. If such discrepancy exists, we may not fulfill all your items at the time of purchase; instead, we will fulfill the available products and advise of the discrepancies. You have the option of either applying for a refund for the outstanding order or waiting for us to replenish our stock.

Shipping Costs

We may deliver your orders to you for a shipping fee depending on the value of your order and the address of delivery. We do not charge shipping fees for orders over $150.00 within Ontario, but orders of $150 and below for delivery within Ontario will be subject to a $26 shipping fee. For the rest of Canada & International deliveries, Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Payment for shipping outside of Ontario may be collected after the purchase, and items will ship after the shipping cost is finalized.

You also have the option of picking up your orders from our warehouse. Orders for local pickup under $100 will be subject to a $6 handling fee. All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and exclusive of HST.

Delivery

We use third-party delivery companies for our deliveries; delivery time may vary depending on local conditions, circumstances and availabilities. We expect domestic shipments to be delivered within seven (7) days of dispatch, while international shipments may take between 4 – 22 days to be delivered. We can offer a more specific estimate at the time of checkout.

The third-party courier company may contact you to obtain your preferred delivery options and follow their delivery policy if you are unavailable to receive your order. Please refer to the courier's note before contacting us for missed deliveries.

We have no control over third-party delivery companies responsible for delivering packages and recommend that you obtain insurance to cover delivery. Where possible, we will assist you in any claim against a third-party delivery agent.

Once your order has been dispatched, an email confirmation with an estimated delivery time and your package tracking number will be sent. Should your delivery time exceed the estimated time, kindly contact us with the details of your order and tracking number to initiate an investigation. We will process a refund or replacement for lost orders as soon as the courier has investigated and deemed the item lost.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within five (5) business days of payment. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Eastern Standard time, except on national and provincial holidays when the warehouse will be closed. We ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum in these instances.

Delivery Address

You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery is accurate and updated, as we will not process refunds for orders sent to the wrong address you provided. For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before your order is dispatched. Please promptly reach out to us with your change of address requests to ensure we have the correct address for delivery. Multiple delivery attempts, re-direction or returned packages may attract additional fees.

Kwikcare Corp. may ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services for deliveries to P.O Boxes.

Orders Damaged in Transit

If you find that your order is damaged in transit, please reject the order, if you can, and get in touch with our customer service. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as we and the courier have completed our investigation into the claim.

Duties & Taxes

HST has not been included in the prices displayed on our Website; we shall apply the HST to your purchases at checkout.

Because the applicable duties differ based on your country for international shipments, we may not apply the export and import duties at checkout. You shall be responsible for the export and import duties and the taxes applicable to their location. Should we apply the duties to your purchase prices at checkout, we will notify you that the duties have been added to the purchase price and include the appropriate invoice to accompany your order.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.

Our Shipping Policy is last updated as of January 15, 2021. We reserve the right to update or amend this policy without notice or your consent or approval.
